Bestmed is definitely not...

I was in hospital early in July. Had a lump removed from my breast. Queried the anesthetist fee with the medical aid around the 11th or 12th of July 2023, I was advised that as long as the claim is submitted under the authorization code for the admission all claims would be settled. Spoke to Nondumiso a few days late who said that everything will be taken care of and the operating Dr needed to submit his claims so that anesthetist can be paid in full. I get a bill from thr anesthetist for R7500. Bestmed employees lie. Please can this be looked into because I will take this high up to everyone I can. I demand the bills be paid as I was advised that everything will be paid.
