BESTMED IS CRUEL AND WILL EMBARRASS YOU

I have been in contact with Bestmed earlier this year comparing quotes until I joined in May. I had my family under Beat 1 hospital plan. I was not aware that my wife was already pregnant prior to joining the Scheme. The gynae send Pre-authorisation for in hospital for the 21st November. Bestmed requested alot of documents which was send in time. We kept on calling the Scheme due to no feedback and guess what, the authorisation was declined on the same day my wife was supposed to be admitted and membership terminated. There is no urgency at all even to get my refund to get my wife admitted ASAP.
