Bestmed ER24 dont care!!

My mother has been trying for the last 2 weeks to obtain travel insurance from ER24 Bestmed, each time she calls someone will supposedly call her back, or high call volumes, the phone gets answered but nobody is on the other side of the line and then after a while the phone gets put down. This is pathetic. Can someone that is capable and can actually talk in a loud enough voice contact my mother and sort out her travel insurance, she has been a loyal Bestmed client for over 20 years<br> See to it that she is called what has happened to Bestmed care about their clients, it sure is not reflecting in the travel insurance department
