Bestmed took double deductions from my account and when the second one didnt go through they suspended my medical aid !! Impossible to get hold of someone pathetic service

As per the membership department in the email sent on 02/09/2022. Bestmed has advised member the Scheme processed 1 debit order deduction on 01-Sept-2022 and not a double debit order deduction. The member is currently suspended due to his outstanding premium due for August 2022.
