Bestmed don't want to attend to my probllem
I logged a query with them on 27 September 2023 till today the matter has not yet been attended to, I sent an email that I don't understand and when I call them to follow up I'm always told that the matter has been escalated to a different department and I'm given a new reference number every time I call them. i gave them all the documents they requested but still, they show disrespect by not attending to my problem. The reference I got today is: ***.
