Bestmed don't give feedback or any response

It is just strange that if a person sends an email to Bestmed Medical Scheme you get the following automatic response BUT THEN YOU NEVER HEAR ANYTHING FURTHER FROM BESTMED MEDICAL SCHEME, in other words:<br> <br> Bestmed Medical Scheme just don't respond to emails.<br> <br> <br> Ticket: E8CD9FE568CE9 Re: RE: ***- LIDMAATSKAPNOMMER: ***
