Bestmed doesn't pay for teeth cleaning.

I went to the dentist to for a checkup and teeth cleaning. My dentist cleaned my teeth and claimed directly from the medical aid. I noticed that the medical aid do not cover the cleaning of teeth on the scheme benefits and they claimed it from my savings. When I queried it I got a phone call from Natalie Rosenberg. she is asks what do I understand to be teeth cleaning. I explained in detailed how the dentist removes plaque from my teeth. She just keeps repeating herself. She is completely useless. It may as well have been a robot calling me. she can't answer simple questions. I just want to know what the correct code is for teeth cleaning. she seemed to insinuate that teeth cleaning should be part of the dentist consultation fee and the scaling and polishing is not classified as preventative. so now i need to tell my dentist not to do the scaling and polishing because it is not preventative. Bestmed is very s****ed at not paying for things. Don't consider joining this medical aid. As for Natalie Rosenberg she is just completely useless.
