Bestmed does not take mental health seriously

I've been admitted to a mental health facility and bestmed does not want to authorize my stay without a letter from my doctor stating that I haven't received treatment for my condition before. I now believe that bestmed would rather have a patient commit suicide before they assist. My DR requested a PMA form in order to release the documentation. Bestmed said that they don't have such a form and I've asked what I or they can do in order for my doctor to release the documentation needed to authorize my stay. After holding on for 50 minutes, and being put through to three different agents, I received NO HELP, the last agent claiming that I've been put through to the wrong department. The "right" department still couldn't assist me. Bestmed has given me 72 hours to respond with the documentation they require, and after 72 hours they were still not able to help me. I am burnt out but apparently mental health is not a priority for bestmed. I need to die before I get authorisation and I'm sure after im in a coffin, they still wouldn't have approved my stay
