BestMed does not pay claims

I paid cash for medical services and when I made a claim for the money I never received it. Their consultants kept telling me that the payment was made, when I asked which account the money was paid into they said Bestmed does not have my banking details. So what happened to the money? I still don't know, this went on for the whole month of June. I'm not impressed, there's something fishy about the whole thing. I don't recommend them.
