Bestmed decided that my doctors opinion is null and void and just decided to ignore a coverage of R12000 that I now have to pay to my doctor cause my doctor advised me that before I got surgery that a cast would fix my fracture
Bestmed decided that my doctors opinion is null and void and just decided to ignore a coverage of R12000 that I now have to pay to my doctor cause my doctor advised me that before I got surgery that a cast would fix my fracture. So instead of me choosing surgery first, they decided they are just going to throw a R12000 claim out the window cause the doctor had a different opinion than them also they ignored claims for when I visited the emergency room but only covered AFTERWARDS leaving me to pay R4000 out of my pocket already... FKING PATHETIC
