BestMed Communication

Seems BestMed is not the Best at communication, last year this time, I had to badger them to give me info on an outstanding account, they claimed to have sent me an email, with the details, could not tell me over the phone. Without any further communication, I finally got an email to say I am being handed over to SCS, I argue the unfairness, as they claim, having contacted me multiple times. Dont know where this correspondance disapeared to? Now after agreed payment, SCS is still on my case, as I have asked, and Bestmed agreed to notify SCS of the amount settled... So now my question is, why are they contacting me for outstanding payment???? Bestmed akes forgiveness for inconvenience, well then sort out your ****!! Stop making excuses.
