Bestmed Chronic Dept - Poor Service

I have tried to contact Bestmed's chronic Depart since last week, but no answer. At one stage I spoke to Felicity at switchboard. She couldn't help me. She said there is something wrong with the lines. She would also not get someone to phone me back from the chronic dept. I think this is very poor service! Please can the chronic dept contact me urgently on 012 - *** at Dr Anien Gouse rooms at Ollive Shopping Centre, Moreletta Park. Let see if this is going to work. It is urgent. Re one of our patients chronic medication.
