Bestmed Chat line takes hours

The Bestmed Chat line on their web page takes more than an hour to connect you with a consultant. I complained about this nearly 6 months ago and was assured that something was being done about it. Clearly it has failed as there has been no improvement. If you are considering joining this medical aid, think again.
