I am very disappointed with Bestmed medical aid I was transferred to the hospital by my GP after taking blood test and he referred me to the hospital so that they can have thorough investigations e.g ultra sounds, biopsy and all that, then Bestmed noted that they are not going to pay for my hospital fees for the hospital to do the investigations.
