Bestmed bad service

<p>I had to be admitted to hospital for emergency and was declined an authorization no, I have to first go to all the doctors i saw since 2015 to ask for a letter stating they never treated me for this kind of illness then i need a medical reports for 12 months, A police affidavit and i must write a letter explaining my symtoms and for how long do i have these symtoms. Then after all this is done i must mail it to Bestmed and their advisors will have a look at all that and decide if i can be admitted or not. By that time i am half dead or dead. That is the service you pay so much money for. I ended up going to a goverment hospital and got the emergency treatment i needed. I will be cancelling my medical aid that is costing me nearly R3000 a month.</p>
