Bestmed authorization assistance for a pensioner,

I obtained authorization for bone marrow tests for my dad, however, apparently there wasn't authorisation for the analysis of the bone marrow that was requested by the Doctor. The Doctor also sent communication directly to the Medical Aid. Still this authorization was rejected. This is for a pensioner. Everytime some other documents was required. All the requested documtation were handed in,. Numerous phone calls have been made, e-mails was sent and everytime some consultant tells you the same story. The phone calls to the PMB department just get cut off. We have been trying to sort out this issue for more than 3 months. According to our knowledge if you apply for the authorization the test are supposed to be included. Bestmed has been so good to my Dad all these years. I really just want to sort out this query. Pensioners income is limited and I try to assist my Dad where I can. If there is some items that is not according to Scheme rates, we can try to make a plan. Please Bestmed we would just want to able sort out this matter.
