BESTMED are the WORSTMED

my wife is 21 weeks pregnant, she was admitted to hospital last week Monday for severe migraines and abdominal cramps. doctors had to do an MRI scan to decide treatment but could not get authorization. we had to get doctor reports, symptom reports, last 12 month medical history from our house doctors with medical codes, my wife had to write a letter about when and how the symptoms started and when she found out she was pregnant, when she found out, how it was confirmed, blood test reports. just a **** ton of info. anyways got everything, my broker submitted all the required documents and by Friday still no authorization number. doctors refused to wait any longer and sent her home. 2 hours after we got home Bestmed called to give authorization number. i let them know it was to late and she had been discharged. Sunday morning saw me rushing my wife to casualties at 6 in the morning. she was screaming with pain, vomiting constantly and had a terrible migraine. she was admitted and then dejavu , we had to get authorization for MRI. just got off the phone with Bestmed and they refuse to authorize the MRI because we could have done it last week.... when??????? we went home because you refused and now you refuse because we should have done it last week?? my wife still has Migraine and muscle spasms and cramping. they cant treat her because she is 21 weeks pregnant and have to do an MRI scan. i dont know what to do......
