BestMed - Admin not being rectified resulting in inability to claim and get reimbursed by BestMed properly and as a result not at all by Zestlife Gap Cover

AM unable to claim fully from BestMed nor at all from Zestlife GAP cover as codes not corrected.

After 16 months unable to claim as admin not rectified as sent and elapsed time resulting in none payment.
