Bestmed Admimnistration is THE WORST!!!
I have been member for Bestmed since 1 March 2004. That means that it is more than 14 years.
I have now for the second time in 2 weeks received an email that they do not have my correct ID number and that it will affect me receiving my Tax Certificate.
BULL****!!! I have logged on after receiving the first email and my ID number is correct, yet this morning I receive a second email with the same threat that I might not receive my tax certificate because my ID number is incorrect.
I rep**** to the first email but I did not get feedback and obviously someone is not doing their job at Bestmed.
I want feedback and confirmation that this is correct as this in unacceptable service.
