BESTME PICKS LIFE FOR THEMSELVES AND DEATH FOR ITS MEMBERS,,,,

Horrible service received from chronic medicine to pre admission. biggest mistake was changing from Discovery Health to "BESTMED". I am still battling to have chronic medication approved, "FROM JANUARY", yet i was assured that BESTMED will provide the same benefits as Discovery did, what a bunch of *******. they have very unprofessional safe that cannot understand English and have no sense of speaking. Never experienced such horrid customer service. Feels like i will have a heart attack everytime i get off the phone or reply to a mail from "BESTMED"
