Best service from Sibusiso Mathabatha.

I would like to commend Sibusiso Mathabatha for his outstanding service and walking an extra mile in his service delivery. I sent an email to Bestmed very crossed for the service I was receiving and he called me and explained to me why Bestmed was not able to assist me and went further by obtaining all the information I was supposed to submit and still called back to update. He was so calm which I didn't expect after reading my irate email. Someone else would've given me attitude and not assisted because I was angry. However he was calm and helped with all the respect and managed to sort out my problem. I am fprever thankful. Bestmed needs more of Sibusiso Mathabatha. And hope his manager takes note of his attitude towards work.
