I am in my first month of using Bestmed, today I went to the Clicks I nominated for any meds, vitamins etc and I was about to give the pharmacist my updated medical aid details and she immediately said: Bestmed, correct? I was shocked, in all my years of using any medical aid never have I had a medical aid updating details. I am in awe at such level of service and just happy.
