Besmed refuse to pay for my Daughters medications

It's very sad to say that I am deeply disappointed with this medical aid and wish to cancel it with immediate effect '<br> I have 10months old daughter who have bronchitis on the 30-03-2015 I went to see a paediatrician as she was sick and coughing very bad the Dr helped us and prescribe medication for us and by that time it was late in the evening around 6-8oclock in the evening , when we got out the chemist where closed <br> <br> The next morning when I call my medical aid to give me the authorisation number for the DR and medication they did which was on the 31-03-2015 when I went to the chemist to get the medication the medical aid refused to pay saying I should have taken the medicine on the same day I consulted ' which was impossible for me because it was late at night ' I have spoken to a team leader by the name of lorrate reff: number *** she said she can't help me unless I ask the chemist to backdate their date to the 30st which is ***** ' I went to 3 chemist they all refused saying it is wrong and its ***** , because my daughter needed the medication I had to pay cash R990 for the medication . am paying cash but I have a huge deduction on my payslip for my medical aid <br>
