Bad service when it comes to refunds

My policy was canceled last year in October while I had accumulated some savings. I was told I need to send documents on the 1st of March in order to claim for my savings. I submitted all the documents at the beginning of March however Bestmed is reluctant to pay out my savings balance. NB my policy canceled last year in October already, they kept insisting that I should transfer my savings however I do not have any medical aid since I've been unemployed in October last year. They agreed to pay out the savings eventually in an email dated 5th March 2024 it's the 14th today and Im yet to recieve any payments from them. I'm being punished for not wanting to transfer my savings into another medical aid which I do not have. Therfore they are causing unnecessary delays to the payment it's like they are litteraly spiting in my face.

Please note that your savings will be paid in our next payment run, scheduled for today. It should reflect in your bank account by Friday.

Reviewer Update
Another example of poor service. After being assured by Nondumiso on the 14th of March 2024 08.49, I still have not received my funds back. I was promised that the money will reflect in my bank account on Friday, which was yesterday that has still not happened, clearly they don't consider this platform as a valuable tool to improve their service, if an organization makes a public statement then does not follow up on their promise then, it's clear to see the type of organization that we are dealing with. I'll never go with bestmed as a medical insurance provider, ever.
