Bad service ,really bad

Last year i choose to move over to beastmead ,around december i got a email sent the application as when i tried the online they said memeber already registered ,the begining of the year comes im emailing all over for a memebership number they say outstanding details and documents i sent everything through ,the medical aid goes of my payslip every month so why do you need my bank statement i sent them a bank statement now they want a bank confirmation letter i been sending documents ,if i choose medical aid its because i need to be covered, if i knew this was a issue then i would not have choose this medical aid ,and truly medical aid is a crucial thing and bestmead takes forever to tell me im a memeber, really come on guys you going to take the full premium but im not even covered ridiculous honestly ridiculous, please treat this with urgency
