Bad service in Auth dept/questioning specialist treatments!!

I have been with Bestmed since 2014, havnt claimed once except the normal day to day savings been utilized. Last week admitted to hospital recommended by specialist. Iv treatment not been pain because they received not enough clinical info. The staff are rude and make the member feel like they are doing something wrong. A consultant questioning a specialist just boggles my mind! They cant even lift up a phone to get more info from dr, totally unacceptable service! I have now been diagnosed with hernia and theyvstill wont fit the bill. Ask for a DSP provider list and they cant provide that. BESTMED look at the reviews and you can obviously see there is a problem with the auth and claims dept.
