Bad service from bestmed

In January 2022 I had an interest in joking bestmed medical aid and my membership became active in February 2022, before joining I went to their polokwane offices to enquire on how it works and what the benefits are In March 2022 I went to an optometrist and took out spectacles, the claim was partly paid, I am sitting with a debt of R2500 Today I called their call center enquiry about that particular claim and the consultant was rude and appeared to be clueless, he kept on requesting the reference number of my visit to their branch and I never had it My problem is the R2500 debt I am sitting with and the fact that their consultant misrepresented and misinformed me, I left my previous medical aid with an impression that I have found something better
