Bad service

Today I went to Glynwood hospital casualty department with excruciating pains and excessive bleeding ! I always recommend Glynwood for their amazing service . However today I was unable to receive that amazing service due to bestmed removing them from their plan ! Not only removing them but taking away the only good hospital they provide in the east rand . Now we need to travel all the way out of the east rand to get proper health care that we pay for every month ! This is seriously ridiculous! I never had a problem with bestmed but this is the worse decision you guys could have made! I hope you happy knowing how many people’s lives you are putting at risk I had to have my theater slot cancelled thanks to you guys
