Bad service
Bestmed has no intention in helping their members im currently on Beat 3 plan and due to financial problems I have requested twice to please assist me with downgrading to a hospital pla wich I can afford so they come back saying sorry you can only downgrade end of December. I even sked to payoff my savings that was used over a period of time im really struggling to pay that high membership contribution. So my kods should eat nothing so that I can pay the contribution. They dont care if you have a financial problem or try to assist you in a why or try to see how they can help no they suspend you without feeling anything. What kind of medical aid is this bad for their members.
