Bad service

Struggling to get Diabetic Medication Approved. When I do a follow-up the response is they only received request on that day And its taking 3 to 5 days already sent request ***23 Blood sugar starting to rise to 25. Been an Plan since 2022 and claiming my diabetic meditation since 2022 but still Medical aid need neww blood test results every 6months to cover it on chronicle This is pathetic 😒 very bad service. Never had this problem before on my plan
