Bad service
Bad customer service, Miss leading sales reps, monthly debit order are been debited successfully monthly, unable to get an authorization code for hospitalization. I'm so sick weak and don't have the energy for this run around they giving me.

Kindly be informed that pre-authorization is subject to scheme rules and funding guidelines, which states that members with less than 12 months of membership with Bestmed, a 12-month GP report is required to evaluate and finalize the request.
