Bad attitude and not paying for an MRI in hospital

I was pre-authorized to be in hospital yesterday, 7 October 2015 for lumber, cervical and shoulder infiltration and having a hospital plan with Bestmed, i felt at easy that the doctor requested an MRI in hospital to be done knowing that this should be covered by a medical scheme that are on time when it comes to debit orders. long story short, i was told that unless i pay R 15 000 the MRI can not take place as my medical aid was not going to cover the MRI in hospital pre my theatre procedure so the doctor can ensure all is in order. I really hope you guys that we ensure to pay every month can help me out as I needed this MRI and was declined :( still recovering from the anesthetic. Then, the lady that i speak to has no compassion whatsoever.
