Backtracking on their own decisions and application. Disgusting

A very disappointing experience with Bestmed medical scheme. Based on this we took them to the ombudsman and won the case. Bestmed appealed it's been a year and still waiting for an appeal date. In the meantime the client is dying. All very tactical from Bestmed side. The bottomline is that we did everything to the book and Bestmed have managed to steer the direction to suit them. Just a very awful experience.
