Authorizations times

Bestmed is absolutely ridiculous.

Authorizations are only approved during working hours! What type of a medical aid only gives out authorizations for EMERGENCIES between 8-16:00pm during the week, and then on weekends they are closed! This is the second time its happened in a space of 2 weeks. I will be moving medical schemes as soon as I can! BESTMED needs to employ 24/7 staff that can sit and do authorizations for after hours. I cannot guarantee that I will onl have an emergency between 8:00-16:00pm
