AUTHORISATION STATUS APPROVED TO NOW DECLINED

Hospital Authorisation My hospital Authorisation was approved on the 17th of April when I was admitted January and ended up in ICU , for months I’ve been having the hospital bill and doctors bill sending emails and calling. In June I am being told that the approval issued was in good faith and that does not mean that the medical aid will pay for any complications and medical treatments from complications. I fail to understand how when I complicated in hospital that medical aid refuses to pay for hospital cost. It’s been months of back n forth of emails and supplying medical aid with the documents they requested. The approved hospital admission has now been declined
