Wowww with the unemployment rate as it is you are employing people who don't know what the heck they are doing. <br> I am assigned to Thandeka<br> she doesn't acknowledge me - I have to repeat my reason for contacting her <br> she asks for a membership number <br> I give it to her <br> she still is not responsive <br> did she go on lunch, did he go to the toilet, is the system slow/offline, what happened to Thandeka??????<br> <br> pathethic service really - I waited and still nothing
