Another pathetic service by BestMed

Last year I was admitted to ICU because of cardiac failure and this happened after I reviewed BestMed on their lackluster service stalling to reinstate my membership. When I was admitted I was literally near death with my vital organs starting to shut down and no pulse. Now I had to be on medication for the heart for 6 months and my doctor made a request on the 31st January for the medication to be on chronic. I have followed up and was responded to by someone by the name of Rene from BestMed on the status of the request. It is now the 2nd of March and I have not been responded to.
