Amount Still going off!!!

<p>When i joined Bestmed 2 years ago, i requested a quote through website. I was the contacted by a broker. i ended up signing up and was forced to sign for 3 separate payments to go off, the one being Best Med, the other one for some Gap cover and then other one for R70 which is some admin fee/ broker fee. All these debit orders was sighned for on 1 debit order slip. When i ended up canceling my medical aid, th other two amounts kept going off and then after one hellof a mission i figured out where the Gap cover is and had to phone and cancel that debit oder. 1 year later and i can still not figure out what the ****** payment, now for R78 is every month!! It just says MULTID FORMEDSTRA 8 on my statement!! And when i call Bestmed no one seems to know what i am talking about. I want this theft of my money stopped and someone to tell me why its to easy when sighning up to get everything sorted one time an when i try to cancell its 3 diffirent debit orders that must be canceled. I have been giving away money for free for the last year. Can someone help!!!</p>
