aggravating process after my fathers death

<p>the ever so lovely Best-Med (not so lovely) my father passed away on the 2017/07/26, I helped my mom change the main member on the medical aid from my deceased father to her name. when I called Best med they advised that I send an email requesting this, to which I did. thereafter I found out that they had cancelled the membership instead of changing the main member and to add a cherry to this oh so lovely situation they had the audacity to tell me that even though my mom paid for august she wouldnt be covered until the membership is reinstated within 5 - 7 working days. let me fill you in, my mom is battling cancer and is reliant on her medical aid, also she has started a series of chemo therapy and literally cannot afford to suffer during this error made on best meds side. she was at the doctor to get medication when she was informed that her medical aid is cancelled. now here is how it will go: 1. reinstate immeadiatly, listen to the call recordings and read my email thouroully, we will not be held responsible for your error and infact I find it disgusting that this is the stress we experience while already going through a tough time emotionally. 2. written confirmation that all is reinstated immeadiately and that my mom is now the main member. I will give 24 hours for this to take place thereafter I will be escalating the matter higher and higher until resolved correctly. please take this seriousl as I will not be treated in this manner when paying for a service that I am not receiving. get your paperwork in order!</p>
