After another month still nothing

<p>We have been trying to get approval for our now 6 month old baby, NOW 7 MONTHS to get occupational therapy for damage that occured at birth. Our savings are now depleted and we are at a point where we will have to stop the therapy due to bad commmunications from BestMed. Are we going to be approved for this PMB or not? Should we rather take our business elsewhere?</p>
