ABUSE OF SAVINGS ACCOUNT

A bestmed representative visited my work and stipulated that Bestmed Pace 1 has the highest Savings Account. She convinced me to transfer from Bonitas to Bestmed. Each an every claim I made this year has resulted in Bestmed deducting the amount from my Savings account. What the bestmed representative told me was that they will first use up the Day-to-Day amount of R16300.00 and only used my savings only when that has been exhausted. I heard now that from 2015 there has been a \Policy change". If this continues then I will do a MEDICAL AID CHANGE ! My Savings account has already been depleted from the year. I feel ****** ! They have the audacity to tel me that i have a bonus account that i can use (last year's savings). I am paying R5300.00 a month for this ! I am disgusted. I am sure that this is *****elent !
