Absolutely disgusting

I have been with Bestmed for years and have been fortunate enough not to have to claim much from them. Recently, I have been very ill and it has been necessary to seek the treatment of a specialist.

I am highly disgusted in Bestmed's service. It definitely is NOT worth paying such a big subscription every month but when it comes to paying, Bestmed has a million reasons not to. How can you validate paying for mammograms and bone density scans out of such a small savings allocation. Do you not care enough about your members to pay for measures that prevent a serious cancer threat. SHAME ON YOU!

I will be cancelling my Bestmed membership and will find a medical aid that actually validates the huge fees charged.
