Please can you with medical aid query regarding chronic medication, I have epilepsy and have been taking epilizine 500cr, without paying any levies , on 8 February 2025 I was advised at the pharmacy that I need to start pay a levy for this and a terrible consultant at Bestmed Peter Mathba doesn't understand the reason why I cannot change brands of medication as it doesn't agree, call reference is *** on the 10/2/2025 at 14.10 pm

We already pay rates for out medical aid, now on top of that we need to pay for chronic medication that we have taking to survive, why can't medical aid understand that medication is not meant to be changed to suit their pockets and needs.
