1 year and still waiting to have my surgery no regard for customer health
It is sad when you place your health at risk due to the medical aid company you very much pay large amounts to ensure the safety of your health and we are long term customers. One year and still waiting to have my operations done at the risk of my health and pathethic service from bestmed.

10 Nov 2020, 10:58So it seems as soon as possible will be another year. Still waiting. Seriously are you in business for peoples health. Is this how long you take to help long paying customers. I will be dead and gone and you will still be replying it seems. So angry with this incompetency.
