Not impressed

The advisor did give adequate advice regarding the medical scheme option. But he did not at all inform us of their ridiculous amount once-off fee that they would deduct. After we cancelled our medical aid we came to realise that the first payment was not to the medical aid but to Bestfin. Not everybody has the time to read all the documents word for word as they should, in that case, they trust that the advisor would inform them of important information e.g. the first instalment ( Bestfin service fee).
