Great teamwork!

At a time of uncer*****y it is such a pleasure to report an experience of reliable and professional service. I had a problem with the electronic lock of my entrance gate and contacted Leonardo at Flandria's locksmith department. I sent him photos of the broken lock and explained the issue. Leonardo responded immediately, he ordered an electronic lock with spare keys. However, when he sent his locksmith Newman he established that some welding had to be done before he could fit the lock. He was kind enough to get me into contact with Bester Staal. When the welding team arrived they were accompanied by a senior representative of Bester Staal who suggested that they should fit the lock as well as it did not make sense to have two different teams. I agreed and was taken to Flandria, where Leonardo even gave me a discount on the price for the lock, he did not take offence. Bester Staal's team then did the welding and fitted the lock. Next morning the senior representative phoned me to enquire if I was satisfied with the job. I told him that the electronic opening from inside had not been attended to. Within half an hour another team appeared, the wiring was done efficiently. I mentioned a rattling of the gate which was reported to the person in charge. I was again contacted for an appointment and next morning the welding was improved and the steel repainted. Only then I received the account which I paid with pleasure.
