Poor service

Yesterday I went there as an emergency because the car I was driving was shaking,I was in Temba for something. When I got to the shop I asked for shell alignment and balancing,as they checked the car they informed me that I need to replace 2 tyres since they not in good condition. I then asked if the can rotate the wheels and they said if they can change one tyre with a spare wheel. The manager is so disrespectful and very forceful,he asked me to change the wheels which one costs R1250, I refused because they are expensive and since I've spent so much on this car and still going to spent more, I'd rather look into looking for a new car. He went behind the counter to his staff gossip about me saying"how do I afford a new car since I can't afford tyres"...I went to confront him I told him he cannot force me into buying his tyres and he must keep to his lane and mind his business,it's none of his business on what goes around my life,I told him it's either he help do what I asked him to do,which am paying for or I can go get help somewhere else,and that he should stop discussing customers and disrespecting them. All this happened around 3pm,that same day at 7pm the same wheel(frond driver)they rotated came off while driving,the nuts spoiled the hub and as the car fell down it damaged the fender. Am writing this because I wand BestDrive to look into the matter and sort out the issue of the manager being unprofessional, and I want them to reimburse the costs that I will use to fix the car. The guy who helped me to try put the wheel back said it happened because the wheel was not properly tied,so imagine what could have happened if I was driving at high speed, I was not gonna be able to type this...maybe I would be in hospital now if not dead. This is the worst service ever amongst all the best drive outlets I've used,I will not recommend anyone to use it incase of emergency, the manager he is only friendly and professional to his friends or people who are willing to buy from him.
