Quoted wrong price

I called into their store spoke to Joseph, I requested a specific size tyres 215/40/18 Continentals, he said that they don’t have stock and he might be able to get from another branch and he will call me back. He called me back saying that he managed to get the tyre at R2600 and that his driver was on his way to collect it and I should come fit. I arrived at the store, they changed the tyre and as the assistant was fitting on my car, the branch manager walks up to me and says his sorry but he make a mistake with the price and it was now R2900. I said no that wasn’t agreed upon on our call, it’s not customer service to give two different prices, he said if I’m not happy they will strip the tyre and then instructed the assistant to start removing the tyre. I feel like I was sandwiched into taking the tyre for the price of R2900 as it had already been too late for me to call around and was already 4:45 and the manager knew this.
