BestDrive Strydom Park - Worst service with double standards!

I went to buy continental tyres for my VW Polo at Best Drive Strydom Park Branch, I must say initially I was quite excited that I was in a position to do so especially given the fact that it's a good time to get a good price on Black Friday 26 November 2021. I was greeted by the Tswana guy who gives quotes, I changed all 4 tyres for R4000 and my disappointment came in when I was told my tyres had no warranty because I was offered a discount, to my surprise I have paid the normal price which I expected no sale for passenger vehicles, how on earth would Continental tyres have no warranty??? Those two black guys who are working at the reception there are ******, do not go there, they take advantage of black people, they are a disgrace for treating their own by *****ing them, my old old tyres were still in good condition and I told them to put inside my car after putting old tyres but they hid them and change with very old worn tyres.

A week later I continued to show support by taking my Jeep for wheel alignment and balancing, instead, they made my steering wheel worse off alignment after driving away I realized, the following day I went back and the guy who does alignment checked my Jeep and took it for a test drive, he disappeared with my car for 45 minutes counting, he wasted my time and my fuel. I then asked the two ***** supervisors (joseph & the other *****) to contact him to return my vehicle because normally the test drive does not go far and it takes about 4minutes maximum from what I have seen when they drive white people's cars' but mine they took advantage, so beware of the ****** at BestDrive Strydom Park, my car was never fixed the steering wheel alignment I had to go pay another money elsewhere, they are ****s those people and ******.
