Bad service at bestdrive stellenbosch

You brought your OWN shocks to us to be fitted ,only labour to be charged . We inspected your car and found that your CV joint is leaking grease and should be replaced , that your wheel bearings and control arm bushes needed replacing (which will cause a vibration) . You asked us to fit the CV boot as you will do the rest later,  which we did. That was 60 days ago. On 20 March you bring the car back - CV boot leaking grease . The rest of the faulty parts still not replaced .  We checked and found that your CV JOINT is now collapsing (told you 60 days ago it might happen - how long did you drive we saw the worn boot ?)  , quoted for a new one (at cost to help you) and you accepted. Your labour was just perfect. You fetched your car REFUSING to pay, complaning that our workmanship is bad.  Complain on HELLOPETER about vibrations..... Now that your CV JOINT is replaced on our cost, go fix the other parts at another workshop and your vibrations should be gone, if you wait longer add some more parts that will give in .  We will happilly write off the cost of your CV JOINT .    We will not respond hereafter.
